Community members told us that basing our trainings around a monthly theme helps you stay focused. We listened.
Each month, you'll have an opportunity to meet with Members and Mentors for a Live Call exploring new strategies and working through mindset blocks related to the theme.
And we always leave time for Q&A.
Bree here.
I started the Women of Substance Podcast to bring more attention to quality female artists and female-fronted bands in all genres.
Through my work building Women of Substance (2007 - present), I’ve met thousands of incredible female artists who have amazing music, but zero marketing plan.
Because they were going it alone without any education, mentorship or support, their high-quality music was being overlooked and undiscovered by potential fans.
It was so frustrating for me to watch artists with incredible music just spinning their wheels (and some even giving up because they couldn't figure it out).
And that's why I started the Female Musician Academy in 2015.
We've been equipping female musicians in marketing and music career know-how for the past 10 years!
And we have so many success stories, from second act seniors to up-and-coming teens and 20-somethings, to moms balancing the challenges of family with their music goals.
It’s a truly unique community and I’m honored to work with such talented, motivated and compassionate humans.
It’s been gratifying to see the friendships that have formed, the networking and collaboration, and the evolution of so many from “scattered creatives” to badass music business women!
